Your Life, Relaxed
There is an old phrase for what Vigil Protocol is. Your house in order. Your affairs in order. The kind of order that lets you take a trip, take a breath, both of you, knowing what is where and who knows what.
That is what we mean by “Your life, relaxed.” It is a living picture of your complete financial life. Built together, kept current, always ready for what changes.
We have spent the last five years at Swan helping families take real ownership of Bitcoin. The work with our clients led us to a key insight. The financial decisions were not the hard part. The hard part was the information asymmetry in a family.
That gap shows up in nearly every affluent household, and it is not a sign that anything went wrong. The opposite. The complexity is a byproduct of success. You built something worth optimizing, and over time it grew beyond what one person can hold. Multiple accounts, multiple professionals, layered policies, a will, a trust, an LLC or two. All of it carried by one of you, or in many cases each of you holds pieces of it.
That is why we built Vigil, to move the picture into the open, between the two of you, and keep it there.
Vigil is the first family financial orchestration platform built for both spouses, in four parts.
Map. You upload the documents you already have. Brokerage statements, the trust paperwork, insurance declarations, the EIN letter, the deed. Within minutes, Vigil’s AI extracts the accounts, custodians, beneficiaries, professionals, entities, and policies, and arranges them into one living picture. You both see it. You both confirm it. From the first session, the Map is built between the two of you.
Audit. Vigil’s AI analyzes and surfaces what needs attention. Every finding lands as an observation and a question for you and the professionals you already trust. Your umbrella policy expires in August. The trust lists a successor trustee who is not mentioned elsewhere. Beneficiaries on the rollover IRA do not match the will. Never advice. Always a question, framed for the right person.
Monitor. Vigil runs checks against the household map, flags drift the moment data goes stale, and surfaces what changed and what needs review. We also designed an optional Semi-Annual Check-In. It helps you walk through every category: account inventory, value drift, access path health, insurance and expirations, estate documents, people and contacts, and walk away with a fresh household runbook. Before a trip. After a life change. Or just because it has been six months.
Activate. If the family ever needs to act, the Continuity Runbook is already written and the two of you have already walked through it. A verified set of steps, a verified list of professionals, verified locations of the things that matter. And you can test it before it is needed.
A few things Vigil never does. Never moves money. Read-only, always. Never stores credentials. We map where to look, not how to get in. Never gives financial advice. Vigil works alongside the attorney, CPA, financial advisor, and insurance agent the household already trusts.
If you are the one who manages the finances, Vigil is the proof that it is handled. If you are the one trusting that it is, Vigil is the proof that you could handle it yourself. Either way, you are both holding the same picture.
Today we are also opening Vigil’s Founding Families program. The first 100 families on the platform get direct access to the team, a hand in shaping what Vigil becomes, and either Cory or Jeremy as their Concierge contact, available directly inside the product. Every Vigil client has Concierge access to our team. Founding Families just have us.
At Vigil, we build for families who have built something worth protecting and who want each other to be ready for whatever comes next. Nothing breaks if you are gone tomorrow. That is the promise, to each other.
Vigil Protocol does not provide any investment, financial, tax, legal or other professional advice. We recommend that you consult with financial, legal, and tax advisors regarding your specific circumstances.
